Background: Grew up in a small town in china. She was continuously yelled at by her family, because of them being jealous of her getting attention all the time in the town. Eventually the family abandoned her at the age of three; on the streets, part of the town no one wants to end up at. There she was taken into a home of kidnappers but token custody over by the orphanage who found the girl at it's doorsteps with tattered strips of clothes keeping her warm. A very rich family from Tennessee immediately took the girl in for adoption and brought her to their home. Ting was pampered there, though, she hates it because the family acted as if she never exists. She found the kids next door one day when listening to a kid across from her talking about it to another pupil.
